Junk Removal Pros Calgary provides junk removal, cleanout, debris removal and interior demolition services in Calgary and the surrounding area. We provide quotes based on the information you give us and what we see on arrival.

The price we quote on arrival is the price you pay. If the scope of the job changes after the quote (for example, more junk than described), we will discuss any pricing adjustment with you before proceeding.

Quotes provided by phone, online or through our form are estimates based on the information you share. The final all-in price is confirmed on arrival, before we load anything.

There is no obligation to accept an on-arrival quote. If you decline, no work is performed and no charge applies.

We remove most household and commercial items including furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste and construction debris. We cannot accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, explosives, ammunition, certain medical waste, and gas cylinders.

You are responsible for informing us of any items that may be hazardous or require special handling.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the location where the junk is located, and to identify clearly what should and should not be removed.

Junk Removal Pros Calgary is not responsible for damage to items not clearly marked for removal. If items require special care during removal, please let us know in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept standard payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us. We ask for reasonable notice whenever possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer.

Junk Removal Pros Calgary is licensed and insured. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
